“I found this book to have very practical recommendations and clear explanations on how to keep weight off. Relatively speaking losing weight can be easy for some but keeping the weight off is not. I have had a hell of a time losing and keeping it off but with keto, intermittent fasting, extended fasting AND with the understanding that calorie restriction is counterproductive, I am finding my way out of this vicious cycle.
